We stayed in this hotel for a short break and we had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for what we had planned, and we were able to easily explore the city center. The staff is very polite and attentive to our needs, making us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. The amenities in the room were great, including the comfortable bed, the clean bathroom, and the coffee-making facilities. Additionally, the breakfast included in the room rate was excellent, with a good variety of choices.

I had a fantastic value for my money at this hotel! The room was beautiful and immaculately clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the action in the French Quarter. The staff was beyond amazing; they were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Can't wait to return!
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety or fresher options. However, there is a great breakfast spot conveniently located across the street, so there are other options available.

During our stay at Ac Hotel, we found the room to be nice and clean. The hotel is located in a great location, with easy access to all the places we needed to go. We didn't have a chance to visit the breakfast bar or the bar area, but overall, it was a pleasant stay for our first visit to the city.

The room was spacious, with a corner window that allowed us to admire the cityscape. The housekeeping staff was friendly and maintained their professionalism, even during a hurricane. The hotel's location was convenient and we were able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The lobby restaurant and bar, with its comfortable atmosphere and TVs, was a major plus, especially during Super Bowl weekend.
